ACCOMMODATION

Please note that arrival day is Monday 13th and the departure day Sunday 19th.

Due to Yoga Retreat ending on Sunday prior and a need for the rooms to be prepared,
our Bhaktisangam starts with evening prasadam 18.00 Monday afternoon.

Ashrams - gents & ladies

Our ladies’ and gents’ ashrams in our main building consist of a few rooms with beds or mattresses and shared bathrooms. There are no opportunities for couples to share the room in the ashram.

Asram bookings can only be done for a minimum of five nights. For shorter stays
please choose other options.
Bookings are done on Registration page from March 1st on.

A price for staying in the ashram is 80 sek per night/per person.

Your place in the ashram will be confirmed after we have received your payment.
Payment for ashram booking in the amount of 80 sek per night/per person should be paid in advance latest by 20th of June for your registration to be complete. Kindly mark your payment "Ashram" and add your name.

Families with children seeking indoor accommodation

We have limited indoor accommodations for families and will this year have two options,
both to be confirmed latest by May 1st.
Please note that you can tell us which family facilities you prefer but cannot be guaranteed the option.
We are trying to facilitate as many devotees as possible in a sensible way within our facilities.
To book your stay with us, please go to Registration page which opens March 1st.
Upon your booking request we will process the information given and come back with the offer of place and price
from at the earliest March 20th.
You will then need to confirm the proposal and have until May 1st to pay for your room as agreed or cancel your booking.

Guesthouse is reserved exclusively for families with young children (minimum two adults and a child).
There are six simple yet pleasant rooms with two shared bathrooms.
Rooms can only be booked for the whole festival week.
For bookings, open from March 1st, proceed to Registration page.
Your booking will be confirmed after we have received your payment.
Kindly mark your payment with "Guesthouse-BhaktiSangam" and your name.
After the 1st of May the rooms that have not been paid by families with children go to those who are on the
guest-house waiting list.

2100 sek/ 6 nights 2 persons (incl. bedding)
520 sek/child 5 - 12 years 6/nights children under the age of 5 stay for free when sharing parent's bed.

Payment for guest house booking in the amount of
2100 sek for 2 adults for the whole week, plus 520 sek
for each child older than 5 should be paid in advance latest by
1st of May for your registration to be completed.


Second option for families are 5 rooms on the first floor of the temple building. Children can stay here
with the parent of the same gender and may share room with others in a same arrangement.
This is not suitable for children under the age of seven.

Prices here are 80 sek per person and night. Bookings are done on Registration page from March 1st on.
In this facility, couples cannot share a room.

Tents/Caravans

The best way to enjoy the outstanding natural beauty of Almvik’s countryside is to choose
accommodation right in the middle of it. You are most welcome to bring your own tent or a caravan.
You can connect your caravan and there are plenty of beautiful places for tenting.
You will be able to access shared showers and toilets on our grounds.
Cost for tenting is 50 sek per day/per person (adults).

Hostels & hotels nearby

​There are various facilities for stay in local area,
from simple huts, rooms, to hotels and bungalows.
They are situated at different distances from the temple.
Some may be more agreeable for those having cars and planning to explore the area.
Please make your arrangements directly with a hotel/hostel.
